5) Copyright:
1. Contributor should promise to be the obligee of that work, and if the work is co-creation, the contributor should promise that he/she has gained the permission of other obligee(s).
2. Contributor should guarantee the provided works do not have any right flaw and dispute, or any legal consequence which may be arouse by owning the works alone, violating others rights of intellectual property, reputation, and business secret.
3. If the work is similar or exactly the same to the present temporary name, it is the invalid submission.
4. Contributor should promise to the organizer that the work cannot be provided or authorized to the third party once it is adopted.
5. Contributor should understand and permit, that the organizer have every right to give necessary examine and edit-modify to the provided works, and have rights not to use them.
6. Contributor should understand and permit, that the copyright of the works are in the possession of Foshan New Media Park Managerial Limited Company. The organizer have right to use or permit the third party to use the works or some parts of the works in business or non-business without paying extra fees.
7. The power of interpretation is in the possession of Foshan New Media Park.
6) Others:
1. Be sure to provide when submitting works: name of author, ID card no. (in order to distinguish between the prize-winners of the same name), address of the author and contact phone number.
2. All of the works are not to be returned, please back up them before submission.
3. Award notice will be placed before October 25, 2012 at Foshan New Media Park website (http://www.news0101.com/), please pay attention to it.
4. The relative tax produced by the reward should be bear by the prize-winners.
